Cultural Humility is for Everyone

Being culturally humble is a lifelong journey toward allowing others to be the expert in their own lives while engaging with anyone from a humble place. At Essence of Healing, we view cultural humility as a practice to be incorporated into every aspect of our lives.

 

Our training specifically aims to teach cultural humility at every level. We will meet you where you are so that participants walk away from this interactive training having learned a variety of important skills like:

I am a certified Narrative Therapist with over 300 hours training in sexual health and education. I am a professor at Alliant International, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a guest lecturer in the greater Sacramento area.
